You can obtain details for an order by clicking on ORDER DETAIL button from the All orders page or from other places across the dashboard where a direct link to an order is provided.

The order page is separated as Details, Tracking, Label printing and Log.

Details

To make things a less complicated we could separate the details in 4 different parts:

  1. Order status, here you have the current phase the order finds itself in. The possible statuses are: free, picked-up, delivered, awaiting route, courier accepted, cancelled and to be confirmed (prospect and not confirmed yet).
If the order has been taken by a courier, his/her name will be shown together with his/hers contact information.

  2. Delivery window, the (date and) time where the delivery has to be completed. Right bellow there's the delivery prediction for that order. That is, if it is on time, likely delayed or delayed. Next to it there's the time remaining for the delivery window to end. Finally, under, in some orders you may find other key indicators telling some of the content for that order. They can be indicated by simple icons such as: an identity card β€” courier must check a valid identity document, an alcohol bottle β€” the goods must be served by the Kommune rules, or simply the total weight of that order described in numbers.

  3. Pick-up, this column (represented by the triangular flag 🚩) basically has all information regarding the pick-up of the goods. Starting with the timestamp when the order has been picked-up, followed by the location name, address, contact details (phone and email β€” when available), number of boxes, items scanned, notes to the courier and the signature of the responsible to hand over the goods to the courier.

  4. Delivery, similar to the pick-up column but for the delivery part (represented by the checkered flag 🏁).

Tracking

The tracking section is where you can find the URL address for the Zoopit live tracking page. This is sent to customers when they are about to have their orders delivered and can follow up the courier's position live.
You can copy the address or open in a new window if needed.

Label printing

In case it's needed to re-print the labels for the parcels, this is where you can generate those labels for printing. If necessary, it's possible to change the amount of labels to be generate. Just change the number of labels you want to be printed in the Amount of labels? input field.

Log

Here is where all any relevant events are registered. Events, such as when the order was created, routed, picked-up, delivered and so on, these are saved in the log. It's also possible add your own event to the log. This can be useful in situations where future reference might be necessary so any user knows that event happened with that order.Β

To add an own event/comment to the log it's easy, click/tap the button ADD AN EVENT/COMMENT TO THIS ORDER LOG, a popover (figure bellow #1) shows up and you can write your message, after you finished your message, click/tap POST LOG MESSAGE.

πŸ’‘TIP A good log message should be a clear and brief. For example: Delivery boxes got broken, but no product's damaged. Also don't use the log as a conversation, remember, relevant events should be logged.
