This is the page where you find all existing orders placed in the Zoopit system. First let us introduce you the some names that you can get familiar with. In the dashboard, orders are qualified as:

  • Consolidated, these are orders that are, so to speak, valid and current. All these orders are considered consolidate: free, picked-up, delivered, awaiting route and courier accepted.

  • Free, means that no courier has been assigned to that order.

  • Picked-up, as you might have guessed, the order has been picked-up by the courier.

  • Delivered, the order has been delivered to its destination, hence can be considered completed.

  • Courier accepted, a courier has accepted to take on this assignment and deliver this order.

  • Awaiting route, waiting to be placed together with other order into one route.

  • To be confirmed, think of this orders as “prospects”. They will either be converted to consolidated or be cancelled.

  • Canceled, this order can be dismissed as it got cancelled.

  • All, the combination of all orders above.

Date and time selector

As you will find across the dashboard, the date and time selector is a crucial component. Here you can set which date (and time) you want the dashboard to lookup for routes or orders. So if want to only get orders from one particular time, say — 12:00 —,  you just have to click on the 12:00 slot and you will be only seeing orders starting at 12:00. This is specially useful when there are too many orders during a busy day. And in the case of the All orders page you have an extra functionality called Historical search, which let’s you search for periods of time longer than a day.

Summary of the day

This section let’s you know what to expect from a date. It provides an overview of all consolidated orders and the forecasted ones. The forecast is based on some analysis we make in to be confirmed orders that are more likely to turn into consolidated.

Based on that you will notice right after the title the sentence: Currently estimated orders for this date, which provides the number of orders existing in our systems that we think will happen in that date. This number is constantly changing depending on the number of new orders we get throughout the day.

We also try to give a little bit of more insight on the orders for the day in two distinct charts.

  1. First, we plot the orders based on their pick-up time, consolidate orders are coloured in orange and forecasted ones are in pink.

  2. The second chart gives you an idea of the amount of orders per pick-up location. Similarly to the first chart, the part of the bar coloured orange is for consolidated orders and the pink part is for forecasted orders, both combined is the total amount of orders from that pick-up place.

Both charts can improve expedite actions and be used to allocate the right amount of resources to fulfil all orders.

List of all orders

The complete list of orders is here. If you want to find out more about an particular order, just hit “ORDER DETAIL” button and it will take you to that order page where you can find all the information available for it and do some changes too. For instance: adding a message to the orders log, adding a missing comment/instruction to the driver when delivering, or just copy the live tracking, there are many possibilities.

Sorting

This list is initially sorted by what we think “delivery prediction” will be. That is, orders that we assume will be likely delayed or are in fact delayed, will go to the top. The idea behind it is that in this way, you’ll immediately see orders that need actions to be taken on.
Regardless of your sorting method, the first sorting will always be the prediction, and then the second parameter will work when you sort the list as follows:

  • Time slot, the combination of pick-up + delivery time.

  • Pickup time

  • Delivery time

  • Situation, is basically sorting based on their type. Free, courier accepted, picked-up and so on.

  • From, sort by pick-up location

  • Weight

Searching

The search let’s you to find in the list orders based on what you put in the input field. So typing for example: “Meny” would show all orders containing the word “Meny”.
