Want to know how your deliveries are going? Need more insights where most of your deliveries happen? That is what the Statistics page is for.

Date and time selector

The date and time selector is one of the main components in the dashboard interface and you will find it on other pages as well. In it, you can set which date (and time) you want the dashboard to lookup for routes or orders. So if want to only get orders from one particular time, say — 12:00 —,  you just have to click on the 12:00 slot and you will be only seeing orders starting at 12:00. This is specially useful when there are too many orders during a busy day. And in the case of the Statistics page you have an extra functionality called Historical search, which let’s you search for periods of time longer than a day.

Search and filter by pick-up location

The search field on the to right corner enables you to only show the results for an specific order, e.g.: orders delivered in Oslo, just type in “Oslo” and orders containing the word Oslo will be narrowed down.

Filtering by pick-up location, is also very simple. Just hit “FILTER BY PICK-UP LOCATION” button and check the places you want to see the orders from.

Page sections

Key metrics

All the core numbers from your deliveries.

  • Total orders delivered for the period.

  • On time vs Delayed, a chart showing the percentage of orders delivered on time versus delayed, hovering over the chart shows the values in total.

  • Total of Delayed orders, if you have any orders delivered over the promised time, this is where you’ll find those numbers.

  • Average delay, the average time a delayed order took.

  • Average delivery, the average time an ordinary deliver takes.

  • The Fastest delivery the fastest delivery made in that period.

  • And finally the Slowest delivery the delivery that took longest in that period.

Booking in numbers

Here you can see how orders are booked in up to three different charts: Distribution per hour, Distribution per weekday and Total bookings per day.

If the period you are looking up is no more than a day, you’ll only see the Distribution per hour of your bookings, which is the time of the day where your orders are booked.

If the period is greater than a day, you get to see also Distribution per weekday, which distributes the booking around weekdays, enabling you to see which day of the week is the busiest.

Another item that appears when querying more than a day is the Total bookings per day, which simply say plot all orders distributed by day.

Heatmap

Wondering which areas are more popular than others? The heatmap shows you the hottest (in red) and coldest (in cyan to purple) pick-up and delivery areas.

Delays log

If an order was delivery late, you will find it in the Delays log, with the customer name, place it was picked-up from, its courier and how much longer it took to be delivered. You can always click/tap on the “ORDER DETAILS” button to find out more about it.

Exceptions log

Similar to the Delays log, the Exceptions log is for cases such as if an order was delivered before its promised window or if a delivery was late above an hour. You can always click/tap on the “ORDER DETAILS” button to find out more what happened.

Full report

You have seen all these statistics and now you want to get it to an Excel sheet and crunch those numbers down right? Well the full report is here to help you. It allows you to export a CSV file (comma-separated values), this file is an universal file that most spreadsheet applications can read.
If you do not want to download the Full report, you can also export a section at the time. Just check the Export to Excel link under each section.
