Dashboard has stopped working

What if the dashboard is not working anymore?

If you have already cleared your browser cache and still not able to use the Dashboard, try logging out and log back in. Tap on the Menu button (located at the top right corner on desktops or bottom right corner on mobile devices) then you will see the Log out button, tap there. Try logging back in.

You have done it all but still not working?

Then we kindly ask you to take a screenshot and send us an email at support@zoopit.no, also you can use whatsmybrowser.org to let us know which operating system and browser settings you are using, that will speed up a lot replying as we can figure out quicker in which conditions the dashboard stopped working.
