First check the Preferences pages if you have granted access for receiving notifications from the Zoopit Dashboard.

Here you can have different statuses: ALLOWED (you should be receiving notifications), NO REQUEST TO GET NOTIFICATION (when you haven't gone through the prompt asking for notifications) or NOT ALLOWED (you have denied access).

Check which push notifications you subscribed to receive:

Try clicking on the button "ASK FOR NOTIFICATION PERMISSION" button.

You'll be prompted to receive push notifications. Press "CONTINUE…" once you pressed you will be asked again, but now it is your browser that wants to confirm that you want to get Zoopit notifications (this is to prevent any site from sending you unrequested messages).

⚠️ If you have blocked or denied to receive notifications once, you will have to manually change that in your browser preferences/settings.
