There are two ways you can assign a courier to a route. The first and the most common way is while the route is free (not taken by any courier). The other, replacing a courier from a taken route where another courier was already assigned.

Assigning a courier to a free route

On Deliveries Overview, select the Free routes tab. Once you have that tab selected, you can now scroll to the route you want and click/tap "ASSIGN COURIER". You are presented with a drop down where you select the courier you want to assign for that route. Finally, click ASSIGN, and that is it! The courier will be notified by the Zoopit Courier app.

Replacing a courier

To replace / change a courier from a route, you must set the taken route as "Free", meaning that no courier is assigned.

Still on Deliveries Overview, In the Taken tab, scroll to the route you want to replace the courier with. Click/tap on "Route info", the route info panel will slide out and at the bottom you have the link "Free route", just click/tap on it and confirm you want to "free" that route. Once that step is done, the route will be moved to the Free routes tab where you can follow the process described above for assigning courier to free routes.
