How to register deviation of delivery?

If you noticed a deviation you can register it by tapping “Register a deviation”.

How to register deviation on age-restricted items?

To register deviation on alcohol you need to chose option Partially and then Goods containing alcohol were not delivered.

If you already on Delivery Restriction screen you can just click <- Back from top left corner to go back to previous screen from which you can register a deviation.

List of the deviations

First you register if the goods were delivered - you can choose option:

  • "All" if all goods were delivered but you still see a need to register deviation for example when:

    • QR code is damaged

    • You agreed with customer to place goods outside and customer has confirmed with SMS

    • You delivered orders earlier with customer's consent

    • Customer signature is not possible to be collected

    • Other reasons which can be described in input field

  • "Partially" if only some of goods were delivered, for example when:

    • The orders are delivered but some goods were missing

    • You couldn't deliver goods containing alcohol

    • Customer has refused to accept some goods

    • Other reasons which can be described in input field

  • "None" if

    • Customer requested delivery to be rescheduled

    • It was not possible to deliver goods

    • Goods were damaged

    • Other reasons which can be described in input field
