Delivery Restrictions and ID check

If goods contains alcohol you will be guided to check customers intoxication.

If you will choose "No signs" then you will be asked to fill out Recipient's Age and collect the control number from identification documents such as Debit Card, Passport, Driver License, National ID.

If you will choose "Yes, intoxicated" then you need to fill out your remarks.

Options you choose will be available in Dashboard for Customer Service.

If goods contain alcohol you will be guided to verify recipient name and surname to confirm that it is the same person who purchased the medicine.

Note: medicine can be only delivered to the person who purchased medicine.

To register tobacco, energy drinks or other age restricted products minimum age restriction and id check must be requested from Dashboard.

If this restrictions are requested the mobile application should indicate that in the visit there will be identity check and minimum age restriction. During the delivery courier will be asked to verify recipients identity.
