Courier are able to take a picture of delivered goods in Zoopit courier app. This feature are sometimes required by retailer on all deliveries or only when goods are e.g. "placed outside the customers door".
Only take picture of where goods are placed and avoid taking pictures that invade customer's privacy. The picture of delivered good will be stored as a part of order information in Zoopit dashboard available for retailer's customer service as well as carriers's dispatchers.

NB! Only take picture of where goods are placed, - avoid taking pictures that invade customer's privacy.
To make the function TAKE A PICTURE available tap on:
1. Register a divination
2. Take a picture
Then tap Take a picture, and if not satisfied you can Retake picture. When satisfied tap Use this picture.
When you have tapped Use this picture, you will automatically come back to Register a deviation.
There is three choices to choose - All, Partially or None. So, if e.g. all goods, parcels or items are delivered choose - All. If partially delivered - Partially.
When finished tap: Register Deviation
