GPS functions on arrival
GPS function and registration of the arriving courier.
What is the radius of how far away the courier can be from the pickup location and when do Register Arrival button get automatically activated?
The Zoopit courier app registers when the courier’s GPS position is within a radius of 100 meters from the pick-up location.
(It is important that the courier has set the settings on the mobile GPS to "Exact position". If this button is not activated in the mobile's settings - "Approximate position" will normally be in use on some devices.)
When the courier’s GPS position shows that the driver is within a 100 meter radius of the pick-up location (register arrival button “lights up”) and the "Register Arrival" button is automatically activated.
Note that GPS position will be registered in order log with coordinates for the position where courier register arrival.

The term "Register Arrival" means that a courier registers arrival when physically at the pick-up location.
There is no reason for the courier to register arrival - if not physically at the pick-up location.

If, for various reasons, an error occurs with regard to the courier's GPS position, - and the courier is actually at the pick-up location but GPS signals/position are not available or provides other information about the position. This may be due to disturbances such as "bouncing", or settings on mobile phone Approximate position (change to Exact position). In such cases, the courier has the opportunity to register the arrival manually.

Could arrival be automatically registered when the courier passes by past on the road above or in the tunnel under the shop?
No - there is no Automatically register of arrival, only Automatically activating the Register Arrival button. The courier must tap "Register Arrival", and there is no reason to tap "Register Arrival" if couriers are not physically at the location for pickup.
Yes - GPS position might inform courier that he/she has arrived pickup or delivery location, but in fact the courier is e.g. in a tunnel below. So, GPS position might be correct but the navigation normally shows that there are some more distance to drive to before ending at destination.
Keep your device updated
Courier should always ensure to update the Courier app, and that the latest version of the courier app is in use.
GPS position and tracking.
Do always log into the Zoopit courier app when starting a workday. Meaning before starting driving to the pickup location.
When the workday is ended - log out of the courier app.
If not logging out/off the courier app - your GPS position will be visual in the Zoopit dashboard, and updates will not be downloaded. Updates are downloaded when "start up/login"
