Welcome to Dashboard by Zoopit

This is a quick introduction to the dashboard.

The main pages for the dashboard are:

  • Deliveries overview

  • All orders

  • Route builder (available for carriers only)

  • Statistics

Deliveries overview

A map overview of all routes. To learn more about an specific route press Route info link and you will have a complete information about that single route, including a map of its own.

All orders

The list of all orders placed in the Zoopit system. To learn more about an order you can press ORDER DETAILS button and it will take you to a detailed view of that order. All the information you need will be there. From editing the order itself to the live tracking link.

Route builder

Sometimes the routes that Zoopit created might not be the ones you want to have. While we like to think we should make the best routes available, in some special cases it can be hard to beat the local knowledge. That is what the Route builder is for. With this powerful tool you can edit and compare multiple routes simultaneously.

Statistics

Job’s done! Now you can head to the Statistics page and analyse all your deliveries. Find the number of deliveries made, delays, average delivery time and much more. With these numbers in place you can download a full report and import to Excel for your own analysis.

Key components

Date and time selector

Narrow down routes and orders for a given delivery window. So if there are too many routes for a day, you can show only those routes for that window.

Notifications

If the dashboard notes something needs attention, you’ll see a message on the bottom left side of the page.

Watch list

With it, you can add any route to this list and follow them up. Also if the dashboard notices a route will go wrong, it will notify you and automatically add to the Watch list. If a condition that put the route in the Watch list is solved the route will be removed automatically too.

Keywords for reference

Some keywords that you will hear often around the dashboard:

  • Courier - the person designated to pick-up and deliver an order.

  • Retailer - in short, a retailer is a shop or a business place.

  • Order - an order is the object of pick-up and delivery goods.

  • Route - you can see a route as a collection of orders ready to be assigned and conducted by a courier.

  • Delivery window - the time where pick-up and deliveries have to occur. E.g.: 12:00 — 14:00 is a delivery window, orders and routes have to be finished in that period.
