Changing an order

Editing, rescheduling, address and canceling orders.

Make sure you have a good understanding of orders before changing an order.

TIP We encourage that some changes made to an order should have the consent of all involved parts, as altering things such as the delivery address, might have some consequences to other stakeholders than one might think.

Editing.

Some properties of an order can be altered (edited). To do so, just press the EDIT button.

Pick-up details

These are not possible to be edited.

Delivery details

on the other hand, can be edited. Just treat it as any ordinary form, filling out the desired fields. Changing the delivery address is the more sensitive change. When changed, it is a good idea to let the courier/dispatcher know beforehand about the change as it can add to confusion for a courier to suddenly have a delivery address changed. So do get in touch before going through an address change.

To edit the address, click on the link UNLOCK DELIVERY ADDRESS EDITING. Now you are given access to change the address. Add all the correct information.
It is important to note that if you add the Latitude and Longitude fields to the address they will prevail over the address name. It's of good practice to double check the address you wrote has the correct latitude and longitude. This is specially true with common street names.

Save or cancel editing

Once everything is double checked and correct click/tap SAVE to confirm the changes.

You can cancel the changes at any time by clicking/tapping the CANCEL link under the SAVE button.

Rescheduling

Also a relative easy process, but again, make sure all parts involved are aware of the changes you are about to make.

Press the RESCHEDULE button and you should notice that the delivery window time will become clickable (as a link). Click on it and a calendar popover will be opened (image bellow). Navigate through the calendar to select a new date and time where the delivery shall occur. Greyed out hours means that time window is not available. Select the desired time and press SAVE NEW TIME, you should get a confirmation message, your order is now rescheduled!

If you don't want to change the delivery time, just click on the CANCEL RESCHEDULE link under the SAVE NEW TIME button.

โš ๏ธ You cannot set the delivery time if that delivery window (hour) has already started. For instance: the clock now marks 19:00, you can't set the delivery to 19:00.ย 

Cancelling an order

To cancel an order you only have to press the CANCEL ORDER button and confirm your action. The order is cancelled.
